As a rough guideline, administrators usually require editors to have made more than 500 useful non-botlike edits, and to have been active in the last thirty days. Patrollers and License reviewers don't have to request this flag. Find possible candidates.

I mostly make two types of edits here: adding svg templates to raster diagram pages and decapitalizing common nouns in SVG files (also in raster files, if there is no vector version). Since the introduction of a new policy requiring Autopatrol rights, I can no longer routinely contribute in that second category because this requires a re-upload of an edited file. Although I only have 229 edits on Commons instead of recommended minimum of 500, none of my edits have ever been controversial. Nyq (talk) 18:27, 20 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Abzeronow, thank you for your constructive feedback, I will do my best to be more active on Commons, although current re-upload restrictions prevent me from improving the existing graphics files here (lest I go though the efforts of requesting exceptions for each of them, which is not practical). I request autopatrol rights so I can upload improved image files using existing files that are not of high quality. I have made many (5,637) edits on Wikipedia, fewer (73) on the Wikimedia Commons. I'm requesting rollback rights to be able to quickly revert vandalism on this project. I have a really great experience with the tool on the English Wikipedia, where I have been an active rollbacker for quite some time now (an admin granted me this right voluntarily because of my impressive counter-vandalism work), and it would be useful here, too.
